Students of GCW Parade visit Patnitop, hold cleanliness drive

The students of Government College for Women, Parade conducted a two-day cleanliness and sanitation drive during their visit to Patnitop, a famous tourist destination of Jammu region.

Held in collaboration with Patnitop Development Authority, the drive aimed to spread the message of Swachhta among tourists, pilgrims, and locals in and around Patnitop, and inculcate a habit of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

The cleanliness and sanitation drive of students attracted the attention and participation of tourists visiting the hill station.

“Patnitop is among the most visited tourist destination of Jammu and Kashmir. We regularly organise cleanliness and sanitation drives under the ‘Clean Patnitop Green Patnitop’, ‘Clean Mountains Save Mountains’, and ‘Carry The Trash Back’ initiatives for maintaining the cleanliness of this picturesque hill station, and strive towards responsible tourism. We urge everyone to be a part of it,” said Devender Singh Bhau, JKAS, CEO PDA.
